3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers agree that:
• All submitted information is accurate
• They have permission to use submitted photographs, videos and content
• Content submitted does not infringe copyright or privacy rights

Digital Headstone reserves the right to refuse inappropriate or offensive content.

4. MEMORIAL PAGE CONTENT

Customers are responsible for the content they provide for memorial pages.

Digital Headstone is not responsible for inaccuracies, copyright claims or disputes relating to submitted materials.

5. QR PLAQUES

Plaques are designed for memorial purposes only.

Minor variations in colour, finish or engraving may occur.

Customers are responsible for checking all details before final approval.

6. INSTALLATION

Plaque placement or installation is the customer’s responsibility unless separately agreed in writing. Digital Headstone is not responsible for cemetery rules, council permission, churchyard rules, memorial damage, or third-party installation unless this has been agreed in writing before purchase.

7. HOSTING & MEMORIAL ACCESS

Memorial pages remain active while hosting payments remain up to date unless lifetime hosting has been purchased.

Digital Headstone reserves the right to remove memorial pages for non-payment or breach of terms.

8. PAYMENTS

Payments must be made in full before plaques or memorial pages are completed unless otherwise agreed.

Subscription or hosting fees may apply.

9. REFUNDS

Due to the personalised nature of memorial products and services:
• Custom plaques and memorial pages are generally non-refundable once production has started

Refunds may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

10. LIABILITY

Digital Headstone will not be liable for:
• Loss of memorial content provided by customers
• Temporary website downtime
• Third-party hosting or technical issues
• Indirect or consequential loss

11. PRIVACY

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. CHANGES TO SERVICES

Digital Headstone reserves the right to update services, pricing or features at any time.
